Floor Plan
2-Bedroom Unit
Type B is the only 2 bedroom unit at Cairnhill 16. Type B is at stack 3 facing south overlooking Orchard City and high storey residences and office towers in sight. Higher levels will allow a full scenic view of the skyline.
Type B is in a square layout and the unit is equipped with a private lift. There are 2 entrances in the unit – first via the private lift and the second in the kitchen.
The walkway from private lift leads to the living room, followed by the dining area with a table that can fit up to 4 person and kitchenette with a second entrance on the left.
The merging of the dining space and living space allows families to enjoy leisure and entertainment time together whilst having their meals. Otherwise the dining area can be set up as a meeting space, with the use of the living room’s television as a projector for document sharing and screening.
On the opposite site is the bedroom and bathroom. All 2 bedroom units at Cairnhill 16 comes with a total of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Meaning that each resident will have their own personal bathroom for more privacy.
For prices, the entry price for Type B is $ 2,170,000 with price per sqft of $ 2,920 – $ 3,129. The overall price difference for 2 bedroom unit could hit $ 255,000 when comparing the lowest and highest floor unit.
3-Bedroom Unit
3-Bedroom + Study Unit
The picture above shows the 3 bedroom and 3 bedroom + study unit – Type C (1,055 sq ft) and Type CS (1,292 sq ft).

All units in stack 1 have 2 balconies facing different directions, the second direction stack 1 faces is west facing towards Tanglin and Singapore Botanic overlooking Cairnhill Road with a skyscraper view.
Both Type C and Type CS have a different layout but both units are equipped with a private lift. There are two entrances – first from the private lift and the second from beside the private lift.
Type C here has a rectangular layout. The walkway from the private lift leads to the living room, dining area with table that fits up to 6 person.
The right side of the walkway is the one sided galley open dry kitchen with an island, double galley enclosed wet kitchen with sliding doors and all the bedrooms and bathrooms.
All 3 bedroom units including the 3 bedroom + study unit comes with a total of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Meaning that bedroom 2 and bedroom 3 will have to share the same bathroom while the master bedroom has a personal bathroom.
Next, the design in Type CS is similar to Type C but the difference is that Type CS comes with a bigger unit area with a dumbbell layout where bedrooms are on either side of the unit.
Both units have the same design in terms of its dining area, living room, and bedroom. First off, the wet kitchen in Type CS is of a peninsula design with a water closet and yard which Type C lacks.
Lastly, is the allocation of bedrooms and bathroom. The master bedroom and bathroom on the right side of the walkway is linked with the second balcony that Type C lacks. On the left side of the walk way are the two common bedrooms, bathroom 2 and study area.
Since there is only one type of 3 bedroom unit 3 bedroom + study unit, Type C is highly recommended for its lower entry price.
4-Bedroom Unit
Type D is the only 4 bedroom unit at Cairnhill 16. Type D is located at stack 1. As mentioned, all units in stack 1 face two different directions due to the extra balconies. Thus, all 4 bedroom units here have 3 balconies.
Balconies that face north will be overlooking Newton Flyover and Scotts Road with a skyscraper view. Views to the North is Goodwood and Novena City with many residences and office towers in sight.
Balconies that face west look towards Tanglin, the Singapore Botanic Gardens and Cairnhill Road with a skyscraper view.
Type D is similar to Type CS in a dumbbell layout where bedrooms are on either side of the unit. From the layout above, Type D is similar to Type CS in terms of its dry kitchen, wet kitchen with yard and the allocation of bedrooms.
The master bedroom in Type CS has turned into a junior master bedroom with balcony in Type D while the master bedroom with balcony in Type D is together with bedroom 3 and 4 on the left side of the unit.
Type D is a very convenient unit as it comes with total of 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 1 water closet and powder room. Meaning that all bedrooms will have a personal bathroom and visitors or guests can either use the powder room or water closet.
