The picture above shows the 2-bedroom & 2 bedroom + 1 Elegant units – Type B1 (829 sqft), Type B2 (829 sqft), Type B3 (893 sqft) and Type B4 (893 sqft). Entry prices are different for each 2-bedroom unit:
Stacks 4 and 5 face north and will be overlooking Newton Flyover and Scotts Road. Here, stack 4 will be at advantage as it overlooks both Goodwood and Novena City but stack 5 only able to spot Novana City as the view towards Goodwood is slightly blocked by stack 4.
From all 2 bedroom layouts above, the layout for Type B1 and Type B2 is the same whereas Type B3 and Type B4 is the same.
All 4 square layouts have a walk-in passageway from the L-shaped open kitchen entrance leading to the living room and balcony. All bedrooms and bathroom are on the left side for Type B1 and Type B2 and on the right side for Type B3 and Type B4.
There are several differences between all 4 layouts. Firstly, the allocation of master bathroom and bathroom 2 are different.
Secondly, Type B3 and Type B4 have an additional study pod which other 2 bedroom units lack. For prices, increment for every floor would be at a range of $ 8,000 to $ 12,000 and the overall price difference for all 2 bedroom units could hit $ 810,000 when comparing the lowest and highest floor unit.
Overall, Type B3 and Type B4 are recommended to buyers due to a bigger unit area and the extra study pod which is convenient for families. For investors, Types B1 and B2 are highly recommended based on the entry price.
3-Bedroom Premium Unit
The picture above shows the 3-bedroom premium units – Type C1 (1496 sqft), Type C2 (1496 sqft), Type C3 (1432 sqft) and Type C4 (1432 sqft). Entry prices are different for each 3-bedroom premium unit:

Klimt Cairnhill’s 3 bedroom are all equipped with a private lift. The layout for Type C1 and Type C2 are the same whereas Types C3 and C4 are the same – a rectangular layout.
In Type C1 and Type C2, a yard space, a water closet, and a storage room with ventilation window were added to the double galley enclose wet kitchen and open dry kitchen. A small powder room, which may also be used as a guest bathroom, is tucked at the end of the entrance area.
In terms of bathroom, bedroom 2 and bedroom 3 will share a ‘Jack and Jill’ toilet while the master bedroom has sufficient space for its own bathroom, walk in closet and a study table.
For Type C3 and Type C4, the unit sizeS are smaller than Types C1 and C2 by 64 sqft. The layout above shows the living room area, balcony and master bedroom which are smaller compared to other 3 bedroom units. Its master bedroom still has a walk in closet but there is no study table due to a smaller space.
The kitchen area has been enlarged with a bigger L shape wet kitchen without a dry kitchen.
For prices, increment for every floor would be at a range of $ 14,000 – $ 17,000 and the overall price difference for 3 bedroom premium units could hit $ 714,000 when comparing the lowest and highest floor unit.
Overall, both units are able to accommodate families with children and a permanent helper. But Type C3 and Type C4 are highly recommended for household that cook often.
4-Bedroom Deluxe Unit

The picture above shows the 4-bedroom deluxe and 4 bedroom prestige units – Type D1 (2056 sqft), Type D2 (2056 sqft), Type D3 (2368 sqft) and Type D4 (2368 sqft). Entry prices are different for each 4-bedroom deluxe and 4 bedroom prestige unit:

Types D1 and D2 are with its concept merged into a rectangular layout. The kitchenette, dining and living space is in the same elongated area.
For Type D3 and Type D4, the designated shape is dumbbell-like where the walkway links the kitchenette, dining and living spaces. The dumbbell design separates the master bedroom and bedroom 2. Here, the master bedroom is on the right while the other bedrooms are on the left of the walkway.
All 4 layouts have the same kitchen design – a one sided open galley dry kitchen, L-shaped enclosed wet kitchen along with a yard, water closet and an additional storeroom.
In layouts D1 and D2, the living room and master bedroom each have their own balconies. The second bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom, while the third and fourth bedrooms share a jack-and-jill bathroom.
For the premium units – there are Types D3 and D4. Between D1 and D2, there are slight differences which include a slightly smaller balcony in both the living and master bedrooms compared to Types D3 and D4.
For its master bedroom, it is different from the other bedrooms. The master bedroom quarters are expanded to include a bigger master bathroom and an L-shaped walk-in closet space where only a single row was catered for previously.

Penthouse Posh Unit
The Penthouse Posh units sits at the combination of stacks 1 and 5. Stacks 1 and 5 face south overlooking Orchard City and high storey residences with office towers in sight. Higher levels allow a full scenic view of the skyline.
Type PH2 is of a dumbbell layout and has an additional internal lift where most projects lack.
There are a total of two levels for this unit. The lower-level houses are mainly the communal areas and the junior master bedroom. Communal area houses the huge living room, a dining area with a table that can easily fit 10 guests, an open L-shaped dry kitchen and an enclose peninsula wet kitchen.
The junior master bedroom now has a three-row walk-in closet with a makeup room and a big bathroom with sufficient space for a bathtub. The study room beside the junior master bedroom can also be used as a private living room.
