Stack 2 faces southwest with a few city views such as Orchard, Tiong Bahru and River Valley. Stack 2 also faces northwest towards Bukit Timah with residences, offices, parks, MRT station and so on.

Type B and Type B1 are slightly different due to different layouts. Type B has a square layout while Type B1 has a rectangular layout. Both types are equipped with a private life. Hence, there are two entrances – For Type B, via the private lift and the second via the yard area whereas for Type B1, its second entrance is from the centre of the walkway.

From the layout above, the left side of the private lift lobby is where the living room and dining area is at. The dining room is spacious enough to fit a table for 6 person and where the kitchen is at.

On the right side will be the bedrooms and bathrooms. All master bedrooms in Type B and Type B1 come with a master bathroom with sufficient space to fit a bathtub.

There are few differences between Type B and Type B1. First off, the kitchen in Type B is an L-shaped open kitchen whereas the kitchen in Type B1 is a big double galley enclosed kitchen with a sliding door. Both kitchens have a household shelter designed for emergencies.

Secondly, Type B1 has a smaller balcony compared to Type B but it has an additional balcony at the master bedroom, meaning Type B1 has 2 balconies. One facing southwest and another facing northwest.

Lastly, Type B has a smaller study due to a smaller unit area, but it comes with a bigger master bedroom compared to Type B.

For prices, increment for every floor would be around $ 24,000 and the overall price difference for 2 bedroom + study units could hit $ 736,000 when comparing the lowest and highest floor unit.

Type B1 is highly recommended for buyers looking for a bigger unit area and two balconies with different views while Type B is highly recommended for investors due to its lowest entry price.

3-Bedroom + Study Unit

Type C2 is the only 3 bedroom + study unit available at Nouvel 18. Type C2 is at stack 1, facing northeast overlooking Steven Roads, Balmoral Road and Novena City with a skyscraper view.

It has a rectangular layout and the unit is equipped with a private lift. There are 2 entrances in the unit – first via the private lift and the second in the middle of the walk way.

Type C2 is similar to Type B1. The walkway from the private lift lobby leads to the living room and dining area which fits up to 6 person. The right side of the walkway oversees the double galley enclosed kitchen with a sliding door, the yard, water closet and household shelter – all accessible only from the kitchen.

For this type, its bedrooms, bathrooms and study room are at the left side of the private lift lobby. There are differences between Type B1 and Type C2. First off, there is an additional room in Type C2. Due to the additional bedroom, Type C2 has a Jack and Jill bathroom only accessible from bedroom 2 and bedroom 3.

Lastly, the allocation of study is different. The study room in Type B1 is beside bathroom 2 whereas Type C2/s’ study room is right beside its master bedroom.

For prices, the entry price for Type C2 is $ 5,344,000 with price per sq ft of $ 3,028. There are no price differences in comparing the higher and lower floors. The entry price for all 3 bedroom + study units are the same.

4-Bedroom + Study Unit

Type D is the only 4 bedroom + study unit available at Nouvel 18. Type D is at stack 3 and stack 6. It comes with 2 balconies with different directions – Northeast and Southwest.

Northeast will be overlooking Steven Roads, Balmoral Road and Novena City with a skyscraper view. From southwest, stacks will be able to have city views – Orchard, Tiong Bahru and River Valley.

Type D is equipped with a private lift which is the main entrance of the house and the second entrance is at the yard. The first room from the private lift lobby is its living room, a huge balcony and a dining area with a table to fit 6 person.

Next, there is a double galley open kitchen at the right side of the private lift lobby. The kitchen also leads to the yard for the second entrance, water closet and household shelter. In this 4 bedroom + study unit, its yard has a door that leads to bedroom 4.

Besides that, the left side of the walkway from the private lift lobby leads to a small study room which fits one person, all bedrooms and bathrooms. From the layout above, there is an additional balcony in the master bedroom facing southwest. Most bedrooms sizes are big enough for a television except bedroom 4 because it faces the cabinets.

The advantage of this unit is that most bedrooms have their personal bathroom except bedroom 3 and bedroom 4 sharing a Jack and Jill bathroom.

The entry price for Type D is $ 7,632,000 with price per sq ft of $ 3,082 – $ 3,309. Increment for every floor would be at the range of $ 24,000 – $ 60,000 and the overall price difference for 4 bedroom + study unit could hit $ 560,000 when comparing the lowest and highest floor unit.
