Both Type A1 and Type A2 have the same layout in a rectangular layout equipped with a private lift. There are two entrances – first entrance from the private lift and second entrance from beside the kitchen.

The walk way to the left from the private lift lobby leads to the living room with a balcony, dining area with table that can fit up to 4 person and an L-shaped open kitchen.

The merging of the dining and living space allows families to enjoy leisure and entertainment time together whilst having their meals. Otherwise the dining area can be set up as a meeting space, with the use of the living room’s television as a projector for document sharing and screening.

The right side of the walkway is where the bedroom and master bedroom are at. All 2 bedroom units at The Peak @ Cairnhill ll come with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Hence, residents will not have to share the same toilet.

However, the size of its bedroom 1 can only be fitted with a single bed while the master bedroom is able to fit in a queen sized bed and a household shelter – both Type B1 and Type B2 have a household shelter. The shelter is designed to protect residents during an emergency as it has strengthened walls, floor, ceiling, and a specially designed door. These must not be hacked or drilled.

From the layout above, Type A2 is a mirrored layout of Type A1. But there is one difference between both units wherein Type A1 with a bigger unit area has a master bedroom with a second balcony and a planter while the master bedroom in Type A2 only has a planter.

For prices, the overall price difference for 2 bedroom units could hit $ 376,000 when comparing the lowest and highest floor unit.

Overall, Type A2 is highly recommended to buyers and investors due to its lower entry price. The 75 sqft costing an extra $ 106,000 in Type A1 for the second balcony is something which may not be worth the additional $ 106,000.

2-Bedroom + Study Penthouse Unit

The same goes to Type PH1 and Type PH2 – both units are similar to the 2 bedroom unit as they are in a rectangular layout equipped with a private lift. There are two entrances – first from the private lift and second beside the kitchen.

The walkway to the left from the private lift lobby leads to the living room with balcony, a dining area with table that can fit up to 4 person and an L-shaped open kitchen.

The right side of the walkway firstly leads to the staircase to the upper floor, followed by bathroom 1 and bedroom 1. All the bedroom 1 comes with a household shelter, balcony and a study at the corner of the room.

On the upper floor, the stairs to the upper floor leads directly to the master bedroom with a wardrobe, bathroom and roof terrace. The roof terrace on the upper floor is only accessible from its master bedroom and it comes with a jacuzzi.

The only difference between Type PH1 and Type PH2 is that the master bedroom in Type PH1 with a slightly bigger unit area comes with a bigger balcony than Type PH2 which has only a planter in its master bedroom.

For prices, there is no floor increment because there is only one unit for each type of penthouse unit and the overall price difference for 2 bedroom + study penthouse units could hit $ 179,000 when comparing both penthouse units.

Type PH1 with a bigger unit area is highly recommended to buyers and investors due to a lower entry price compared to Type PH2 with a smaller unit area. Thus, buyers can get a bigger unit with a lower entry price.

Future Direction for Buyers & Investors

The location itself has a lot of advantages because it is right between Goodwood, Newton, and Orchard.

There are many plans to develop larger lands in the Bukit Timah region with a big reserve site – Goodwood Hill.
