Generally, the asking prices for The Hyde are the highest, but this is understandable considering that their units are larger compared to the other two projects.

The Hyde is developed by Aurum Land, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Woh Hup Group and the winner of the Best Boutique Developer Singapore 2015. Incorporated in 1982, Woh Hup Group has a history of some 90 years in Singapore’s construction and civil engineering industry.

Sloane Residences is developed by TSKY Balmoral, which is a joint venture between two Singaporean firms – Tiong Seng Holdings and Arctic Sky Investment (a subsidiary of Ocean Sky International). Tiong Seng Holdings has a 60% stake in the development while Arctic Sky holds a 40% share.
Tiong Seng Group
The group was established in Singapore in 1959. Starting out as a construction company and later expanding into civil engineering, it contributed to the nation’s infrastructural development by building roads and bridges as well as highways like the Pan Island Expressway and the Central Expressway.

Juniper Hill
Juniper Hill is developed by Allgreen Properties Limited, which was incorporated in 1986 in Singapore as a real estate arm of the The Kuok Group. Allgreen was listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange in May 1999 and was then majority owned by The Kuok Group.
It was delisted in August 2011 from the Singapore Stock Exchange following its compulsory acquisition by Brookvale Investments Pte Ltd.
